Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Heaven Hair Oil, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damaged Items:

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at royalheaven4@gmail.com with a photo and order number. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Return Process:
